Laguiole Knife Factory and Museum

Christophe Durand from the Laguiole Coutellerie was gracious enough to take the time to give us a tour of the family’s Laguiole knife store, museum, and factory. It was informative and interesting to see the Damascus forge and polishing wheels, and all the antique tools that have been used by generations of knife makers.
